Bierkraft Info Seeking Mission
Where do we go for growler fills, beer tastings, and to purchase the finest and most eclectic variety of beers in Brooklyn?
Luckily enough for us, Bierkraft is also a wealth of information about beers and the brewers that make them. On Thursday Sara and I sat down with Carl to talk about our biking route and the brewery stops along the way. Two hours later we walked away with three pages of scrawled notes on breweries and brew pubs from NYC to Minnesota to Colorado to Seattle. Carl told us about a brewery built in an old post office (hopefully a stop on day 3!), a pub that is raising the bar for pubs in VT, and he gave us tips on a few beers not to miss- if given the chance.
